A quick note...
As you agreed to when you booked, your consultation is securely recorded and transcribed so your doctor can give you their full attention. The audio is kept securely in New Zealand, used only to prepare your clinical letter, and then deleted within 7 days.

On iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap the aA icon in the address bar → Website Settings → set Camera & Microphone to Allow, then reload.
On Android/Chrome: tap the 🔒 lock icon next to the address → Permissions → enable Camera & Microphone, then reload.
On a computer: click the 🔒 lock icon left of the address bar → allow Camera & Microphone → reload.
