Camera access is blocked
Your browser is blocking camera/microphone access, so the doctor won't be able to see or hear you. Here's how to turn it back on:
On iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap the aA icon in the address bar → Website Settings → set Camera & Microphone to Allow, then reload.
On Android/Chrome: tap the 🔒 lock icon next to the address → Permissions → enable Camera & Microphone, then reload.
On a computer: click the 🔒 lock icon left of the address bar → allow Camera & Microphone → reload.
